Mufasa is the Cat-Who-Would-Be-King, if not for his meekness. He looks like the King of Beasts and Lord of the Pridelands. But this lion king prefers to be an "equal" among his subjects, to mingle with the masses, and snuggle with his person(s).  He can't help that he looks so noble...it's a ruse! He's a follower, not a leader; he is great with other cats, and even dogs!  He likes cuddles, and caresses, and peace and quiet. Once he realizes that he's in a safe, loving home, he turns into quite the social butterfly--flitting here and there, checking out whatever is going on, playing happily with wand toys, and being a good watch cat!!!

Mufasa is being fostered in Ohio, near Huntington, WV. He is 5 years old, fully vetted, weighs 13 lbs and has the classic physical characteristics of a purebred. His coat is long and full and dark-toned. He has a majestic smoky mane. Mufasa would probably prefer a home without very young children. He can be transported across state lines by our volunteers.
