Milo is a handsome 8-year-old neutered male Maine Coon, classified officially as “Red” color who was obtained from a breeder as a kitten.  He is an indoor only cat, and like a typical Maine Coon, he likes to be wherever you are in the house.  He likes to cuddle on the sofa to watch TV or sit in the sun taking a bath.  He is used to sleeping at the end of your bed.  He will greet you with a head butt when you return from errands and is a natural alarm clock to let you know it’s time to get up – for breakfast.  He is very good with his Turbo Scratcher and Scratch Post.  He is litter box trained.  He had a urinary blockage in April 2021 and so is on Hills Prescription Diet Urinary dry and canned food.  He gets regular Vet visits for shots and grooming and everything seems to be fine as far as urinary issues.  Milo does have an independent streak and will push back on things he doesn’t want to do, like getting daily brushings.  He needs a loving & patient owner who knows how to negotiate with cats so that Milo can be himself, within limits.
